Approach
In co-creation with their international management team, we developed a new strategy aimed at realizing their ambitious growth objective. The implementation plan was among others focused on making the organization fit for growth.
Results
Already after two years the company had realized its objective of nearly 100% growth, from ā¬ 750 M to ā¬ 1.4 B order intake.
