Sandd is second largest Dutch mail provider, next to the incumbent Post NL. Sandd has a market share of about 24% in a mail market sized at 3.2 billion mail pieces (2015, NL).
Because of the rapidly declining market, the management of the company thought that only with drastic innovations growth could be restored. The challenge of this project to realize double digit growth with the core services of the company.
We have designed, implemented and managed a new commercial strategy and operational commercial plan, including branding and positioning, sales funnel management, lead generation, account management and sales performance dashboards.
In this project it was proven that in sharply declining markets autonomous growth levels of above ten percent can be achieved, just by improving daily marketing and sales operations.
